Our Client has an opening for a Manager within its Operational Permanent Control team (OPC)

This team is central to managing group policies and enhancing the risk framework. As the Manager you will oversee the OPC team, focusing on non-financial risks including fraud, IT compliance, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage procedures and risk assessments.
• Enhance control plans and analyze control results.
• Lead incident management and implement corrective measures.
• Provide KPIs and reporting to management committees.
• Ensure compliance with Conduct policies.

Requirements:

• Broad experience in Operational Risk Management.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to quality control.
• Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and knowledge of reporting tools like Tableau/PowerBI is a plus.
