Manager - Fund & Corporate Services

Our Client is seeking a Manager for their Fund & Corporate Services team.

In this role, you will manage an administration team, focusing on real estate assets. You will maintain client relationships and assist in business development.

Responsibilities:

  • Have a detailed understanding of the principles and practices of companies, partnerships, the Jersey Private Fund regime and related structures, with exposure to UK entities.
  • Deal with multi-layered structures.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage and maintain client relationships in accordance with KPIs and internal standards.
  • Anticipate technical problems when dealing with client issues, think laterally and creatively to find solutions, and, where necessary, seek expert advice.
  • Seek ways to increase the client base and revenue in accordance with best practice and regulatory compliance.
  • Assess and manage risk situations to avert potential risk issues for both clients and the Group and to ensure that the assets of both are protected.
  • Balance the client’s needs with the Group’s commercial expectations both in developing strategies for clients and in the day-to-day management of their affairs.
  • Promote a culture of continuous training, development, and progression.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years in fiduciary services, with 3 years in management and relevant professional qualifications.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of and a proven track record in offshore fund and corporate services.
  • A proven track record in handling complex offshore fiduciary issues.
  • Exposure to marketing and business development initiatives coupled with a willingness to get involved in the development of new markets.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for dealing with staff, intermediaries, and clients.
