IT Helpdesk and Training Administrator

Our Client is seeking an IT Helpdesk and Training Administrator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to IT Helpdesk calls and resolve issues with minimal supervision
  • Provide general workstation and end-user support, including communication with and supervision of external vendors and contractors
  • Maintain data integrity and expertise in adopted IT applications
  • Ensure all registers and logs are maintained to the highest standards
  • Proactively monitor systems to prevent issues
  • Support IT projects and share knowledge with colleagues
  • Acquire and maintain expertise in IT applications and solutions, act as a trainer to new starters and a central point of contact

Key Requirements:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and practical/analytical skills with service focused approach
  • Microsoft Office 365,  SharePoint and Dynamics CRM
  • Active Directory
  • Ideally SQL, and other core technologies
