Human Resources Administrator

Our Client is seeking an HR Administrator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration of employee on-boarding and off-boarding procedures
  • Management of benefit programmes and holiday schemes
  • Involvement in the recruitment process and liaising with agencies
  • Preparation and processing of payroll and pension
  • Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • General HR policy administration and project management

Key Requirements:

  • Up to two years of relevant experience
  • Advanced IT and administration skills, with a high degree of numeracy and literacy
  • Excellent communication skills and customer care and service techniques
  • Strong personal organisation and time management skills
  • A high degree of discretion and ability to preserve absolute confidentiality
  • Experience of working with HR Database / Payroll software
