HR Manager (12 month FTC)

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR functions and Generalist HR activities and Operations
  • Support employee relations and performance management, including rewards, benefits and payroll
  • Implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals
  • Manage employee relations and develop talent management strategies
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and training initiatives
  • Advise management on HR best practices and compliance with employment law

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Generalist HR role
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and compliance
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships with stakeholders
