Our client has an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator
The successful candidate will join the Reward & Employee Value Proposition (EVP) team. This role will support the Reward and Employee Value Proposition across multiple jurisdictions, including liaising with employees on benefit queries, collating data for salary and benefit reviews, maintaining relevant processes/policies and managing data and systems to ensure accuracy.
Requirements:
- Previous HR administration experience, ideally 1-2 years as a minimum, within a professional services environment.
- Previous experience supporting compensation and benefit activities is also highly desirable.
- Detail-oriented, confident and have the ability to make decisions quickly, whilst used to working to high standards and tight deadlines.
- Solid IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database systems
