As Head of Operations you will be responsible for oversight of IT, Finance and Risk functions, ensuring the risk controlled and on budget delivery of operations and projects against strategic objectives. You will also have a background and interest in technology innovation with have experience in line managing functional leads.  This is a strategic position with a very well respected organisation. 

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant
• Strong leadership ability, able to inspire teams and motivate individuals to deliver
• Able to make high quality decisions in a timely manner
• Technical knowledge and understanding of IT and financial systems
• Proven ability to lead change
