Governance & Company Secretarial Manager - Private Equity

Excel Recruitment is seeking a Governance & Company Secretarial Manager for a financial services client.

This role reports to the Associate Director and focuses on providing company secretarial and corporate governance services for a key strategic client.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement corporate governance processes.
  • Coordinate board governance matters, including meeting preparation and minute-taking.
  • Ensure timely adherence to service level agreements.
  • Oversee production of minutes and provide team training.
  • Manage compliance with legal and regulatory company secretarial activities.

Requirements:

  • Qualified or studying towards a relevant professional qualification.
  • Sound knowledge of financial services and legal governance frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
