Excel Recruitment is seeking a Governance & Company Secretarial Manager for a financial services client.
This role reports to the Associate Director and focuses on providing company secretarial and corporate governance services for a key strategic client.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement corporate governance processes.
- Coordinate board governance matters, including meeting preparation and minute-taking.
- Ensure timely adherence to service level agreements.
- Oversee production of minutes and provide team training.
- Manage compliance with legal and regulatory company secretarial activities.
Requirements:
- Qualified or studying towards a relevant professional qualification.
- Sound knowledge of financial services and legal governance frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
