Our Client is seeking a Financial Controller to join their organisation.
In this role, you will play a crucial role in the ongoing transformation and development of the finance function, delivering efficient financial reporting, enhancing controls, and training junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Finance Director to run an effective and modern accounting function.
- Delivering high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial information and controls.
- Producing accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Training and developing junior team members.
- Supporting overall transformation of the finance function.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Experience in the Financial Services industry.
- Knowledge of relevant financial services and legislation.
- Proficiency in computer-based accounting systems and Microsoft Office.
