Our client is seeking a Financial Accountant. 

The successful applicant will support the continued growth in the business, through the provision of timely and accurate financial and management information in accordance with statutory and regulatory frameworks.

Duties:

• Responsible for all aspects of accounting for the Group’s assigned jurisdictions ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of all financial records.
• Creation, analysis, and support of management information to the business within agreed timetables.
• Responsible for the development and delivery of management and statutory financial statements
• Develop a proactive approach to analysis of financial data going beyond timely and accurate preparation to understanding and communicating why and where action is required.
• Assist in the management of the interim and year-end audit process.

Requirements:

• The candidate will be expected to be recently qualified or studying toward a relevant professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Hands on work experience in an accounting or related function.
• Experience of producing thoughtful and relevant management information, acting as a commercially minded financial business partner to other business areas
• Advanced Excel skills essential
