Our Client is seeking an Executive Support Administrator to join their Operations team
Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder diary/meeting support, taking/transcribing minutes, following up as required.
- Stakeholder meeting management and the support of stakeholders across a range of business functions.
- Client Records Management, document management and preparation, liaising with various business sections.
- General assistant with a range of office duties including processing expenses and travel management, including itinerary preparation.
- Monitor stakeholder mailboxes/ requirements and action as appropriate, including timesheet management.
- Maintain compliance knowledge and support of the wider business.
Requirements:
- Accuracy and attention to detail with a collaborative approach.
- An enthusiastic and positive attitude coupled with strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- A proactive, helpful and adaptable with the ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines, whilst maintaining an exceptional quality of work.
- Ensure high levels of customer service, discretion and confidentiality.
