Our Client is seeking an Executive Director with a strong background in administration and extensive fiduciary knowledge.
In this key role, you will be a member of the Board and will be responsible for the governance, management, and effective running of the business. You will also lead the Private Wealth administration teams, acting as an ambassador for the company and building on its reputation in the marketplace.
Responsibilities:
- Governance and management of the company, ensuring alignment with group strategy.
- Oversee client relationships and lead a Private Wealth administration team.
- Drive business development through networking and client engagement.
- Ensure compliance with local legislation and risk management protocols.
- Support team leadership and professional development initiatives.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in fiduciary services is required, together with previous Board experience.
- Hold a Category A professional qualification recognized by the Jersey Financial Services Commission.
- Comprehensive technical knowledge in relation to all Fiduciary matters including trusts, companies, pensions, limited partnerships etc.
- A proven ability to manage and maintain client relationships.
- Proven leadership skills and interpersonal skills for developing relationships with staff, intermediaries, and clients.
- Demonstrated knowledge of legal and regulatory framework operating in Jersey and other territories, including anti-money laundering provisions and relevant fiduciary laws etc.
- Ability to lead marketing and business development initiatives to include presenting and delivering new business pitches and other presentations confidently and professionally.
