Our client is seeking an efficient and collaborative Executive Administration Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking calendar/diary management, organisation of meetings/conferences, travel schedules, invoicing and preparation of correspondence
- Providing a full range of administrative services regarding correspondence, online filing, project support and expense processing
- Maintain business systems with up-to-date information
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Proactive self-starter who is able to meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and multitask
