Our client are seeking an ESG Manager to join their team.

As part of the Communications team your role connects collaboratively with colleagues in all jurisdictions to increase employee engagement with the people proposition and create a focus on Environmental ESG.

​Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will partner with the organisation and work closely with the Communication team, to identify initiatives that promote them as an employer, will improve the employee experience and develop and retain talent.

Your focus​

• Lead on an environmental and employee engagement strategy, planning and initiatives including ESG horizon planning
• Advance Saltgate’s ESG strategy through collaboration with charities including the co-ordination of the Global Giving processes
• Establish levels of engagement and report on trends, risks, and opportunities through various metrics including employee surveys
• Collaborate with the sports and social committees across all jurisdictions to co-ordinate activities
• Manage and track various budgets and spend including gifting

Your experience​

• Relevant experience in an ESG role with an ability to develop effective working relationships
• Excellent communication skills to successfully partner with a diverse business
• An initiative-taking, autonomous but collaborative working style focused on client service delivery
