Contracts Administrator

Our Client is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join their Finance team

Responsibilities:

  • Creation, renewal, and maintenance of customer contracts
  • Calculation and processing of contract invoices
  • Liaising with sales and operations teams to ensure contract renewal and compliance
  • Maintenance of customer licensing database
  • Validation of engineer timesheets and overtime claims
  • Facilities management to ensure office and data hosting infrastructure maintenance
  • Working with Compliance Manager to ensure health and safety and other relevant standards compliance

Requirements:

  • Previous contract administration experience
  • Higher level Excel knowledge, together with sound knowledge of other Microsoft applications (including Access)
  • Experience of using Navision accounting software, or another ERP system.
  • Experience in the technology or service delivery industry will be an advantage
