Our Client is seeking an experienced HR professional to support its EVP team with an ongoing project.
This role is offered on a 6-month fixed-term contract basis, starting as soon as possible and ending in February 2025.
You will work closely with the EVP team, with the main focus of your to conclude collation of internal and external feedback and data, through focus groups and extensive research, analysing and reporting on data collated to then make recommendations to the business, with an appropriate priority and implementation plan to be produced.
Requirements:
- HR project management skills
- Strong people / influencing skills and be able to work with all levels internally to gain co-operation throughout the project.
- Strong data analytical skills.
- No previous experience of EVP elements is needed but it would be beneficial e.g. experience with employee benefits, reward strategies etc.
