Seeking a dynamic Continuous Improvement Manager!

Our client is seeking a results-driven Continuous Improvement Manager to lead and develop a team dedicated to driving efficiency, quality, and performance across the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, planning, and implementing key projects and initiatives that optimise processes and increase productivity. This role requires a deep understanding of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile, as well as exceptional leadership skills to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Proven experience in a continuous improvement, process optimisation, or operational excellence role, with at least 3-5 years in a management position
• Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile); certification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) is a plus
• Exceptional leadership skills, with experience building and managing high-performing teams.
