Our Client is seeking a Compliance Officer, MLRO, and MLCO to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
• Act as the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) and Money Laundering Compliance Officer (MLCO).
• Review of new business take on with a risk-focused approach
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance-related matters.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of financial services industry experience in a Trust Company Business environment
• Hold relevant professional qualifications and have a good understanding of anti-money laundering and client due diligence requirements
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
