Our Client is seeking a Client Take-on Administrator to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of client due diligence within the Client Take-On team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare client/matter files and open new matters through the onboarding software.
- Conduct relevant database checks to identify potential client risks.
- Undertake media searches, appropriate checks, and prepare necessary documentation.
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders as needed.
- Prioritize and track receipt of CDD documentation and obtain progress updates.
- Support junior staff in formulating CDD requests and understanding complex structures.
- Liaise with the Compliance team for guidance and advice as required.
- Escalate issues/risks to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Maintain awareness and understanding of Regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Educated to A-level or equivalent standard.
- Ideally have completed or be looking to undertake a relevant ICA qualification.
- Previous experience within a CDD/Client Take-on role is preferred.
- A good understanding of company, trust, and fund structures is desirable.
- Competent systems and IT user.
The ideal candidate will have good interpersonal skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and a solution-driven attitude. Strong organizational skills, a team player approach, and the ability to work methodically and accurately are essential.
