Our client is seeking a Change Management Specialist

An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and take on the role of Change Manager in Tech & Transformation. As a Change Manager, you will play a critical role in driving and managing organisational change initiatives within the business. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of change strategies, processes, and technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management methodologies and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Change Manager, preferably within the technology and transformation space.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute change management strategies and plans.
• Experience in conducting change impact assessments and developing change management interventions.
• Ability to coach and support project teams and leaders in change management practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential barriers to change
