Exciting new opportunity for a Associate Director - Corporate.

As an Associate Director - Corporate of the Corporate Division in Jersey, you will be an integral part of the senior management team responsible for development, growth, and the operational excellence for our Corporate Services team in Jersey. You will also be responsible for managing the administration team and ensuring the control framework, policies and procedures and risk management environment are in place to run a legal and regulatory compliant business, working closely with the Head of Corporate Services and the Compliance team to instil a top-down compliance-led culture.

Requirements:

• Entitled to work in Jersey
• Experience operating at a senior leadership level, within a Corporate Services environment
• A relevant professional table 4 qualification recognised by the JFSC, such as STEP/ICSA Diploma (now CGI)
• Strong knowledge of all risk and compliance regulation relevant to Jersey
• Experience managing and developing a team in a busy, fast paced environment, focused on delivering best in class service
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels
