Assistant Trust Manager

Our Client is seeking an experienced Trust professional to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation/Reviewing of all client valuations and reports
  • Dealing with a varied range of client queries
  • Assisting with Book-keeping including posting all cash transactions and billing
  • Assisting with KYC and due diligence requests and recording information
  • Organising of Company and Trust meetings and liaising with Directors
  • Supervision/preparation of board papers and attending at board meetings, and committee meetings, including minutes and follow-up actions
  • To apply internal risk management procedures and take responsibility for training and mentoring the team

Requirements:

  • To be professionally qualified in ICSA/ACCA/ICAEW or equivalent
  • To have 5 years+ experience working in a Trust & Company environment
  • To have advanced accounting and/or administration skills, ideally with legal ancorporate tax/tax knowledge with a risk based approach
