Assistant Service Desk Manager

Our Client is seeking an Assistant Service Desk Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Service Desk operations, ensuring capacity and KPIs are met
  • Provide IT support via phone, email, and walk-ups
  • Assist with major incidents and maintain communication with IT stakeholders
  • Support asset management processes and stock-level maintenance
  • Facilitate team huddles, performance reviews, and individual development plans
  • Identify problem trends and recommend improvements
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships

Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years in supervision/management
  • Knowledge of ITIL V3 or V4 service management
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and related technologies
  • Strong customer service and organisational skills
