Assistant Manager - Fund Administration

Our client is seeking an Assistant Manager to assist with the administration and management of Fund structures

Responsibilities

  • Liaising with Stakeholders and regulatory authorities
  • Oversee a varied range of client queries and reviewing and authorising payments
  • Assisting with KYC and due diligence requests and carry out due diligence on new and existing investors, with a risk-focused approach
  • Manage execution of documents and the signing of checklists/packs
  • Assisting with the investor query flow and responding to complex queries that arise
  • Supervising, training and development of individuals
  • Preparation and review of board materials for board meetings, attending and presenting as required

Requirements

  • To be professionally qualified in CG (ICSA) or equivalent
  • Real Estate or Private Equity administration exposure
  • Advanced administration, analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
