Our Client is seeking an Executive Compensation and Management Incentive Plan Professional.
As an Assistant Manager, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with several key clients and support a growing team by developing and mentoring team members. There is variety in this role and, in addition to the day-to-day servicing of clients and their structures, you have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and specialise in an area you have a particular interest in, for example, you could become a technical specialist, work towards becoming a people focused manager, get exposure to business development, or support new business by becoming an onboarding specialist.
This role involves building relationships with key clients, supporting team development, and expanding knowledge in a niche and growing area.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of structures
- Independently lead on client transactions and liaise with relevant third-party advisors
- Mentor and guide team members, assist in training needs
- Communicate openly and honestly with clients
- Review and manage team workload, assist with appraisals and monthly objective meetings
- Pro-actively take on additional responsibilities and administration tasks
Requirements:
- Professional qualification, or working towards one (e.g. ACA/ACCA/ICSA/STEP or similar)
- Experience in incentives or share plans
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Strong academic background
- Knowledge of local legislation/Corporate Governance
- Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills including Excel, Outlook, and Word
