The successful candidate will help foster a culture of compliance across the business and empower teams to work effectively through developing and maintaining global risk policies and procedures together with testing the policy controls.
Requirements:

Demonstrated experience working in a Client Administration, Compliance, Risk or operational control-type function within a regulated Financial Services Business.

Proficient understanding of regulated corporate and fiduciary services in Jersey and/or Guernsey, Cayman and BVI. Familiarity with similar services in the UK or EU is advantageous.

Comprehensive knowledge of AML regulations specific to Jersey, Guernsey, Cayman, BVI, and UK.

Capable of working independently with substantial information, organizing and analysing data effectively, with exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent written communication skills, able to convey information professionally and succinctly.
