Our client is seeking to appoint an Assistant Manager to join their Private Equity Funds accounting team.
The successful applicant will through the management of a team deliver the financial reporting requirements for a range of complex clients.
Requirements:
- Recognised accounting qualification (ACCA or ACA)
- At least 3 years PQE
- Direct experience of producing financial statements for a variety of fund types within various jurisdictions
- Experience in producing financial statements to UK GAAP, USGAAP or IFRS
- Experience of developing and coaching others on a one to onebasis
- Good knowledge and understanding of current industry legislation and regulation & working practices
