Our client is seeking to appoint an Administrator to join their Real Estate Funds team.
The successful candidate will support the delivery of a first-class administrative service to a small portfolio of clients in line with the defined business activities. They will help to maintain and enhance client relationships and ensure all tasks to be carried out efficiently and effectively, in accordance with the organisation's procedures.
Requirements:
- Sound academic background
- Studying towards or willing to study towards a table 5 qualification
- Previous office experience
- A basic understanding of the local finance industry, legislation and regulatory requirements
- Well-developed communication skills –written and verbal English
