Our Client has an opening for an Administrator to join its Private Client team
In this role, you will assist with managing a portfolio of trust and company structures, providing professional support, and ensuring compliance with company policies. You will also be responsible for preparing documents, liaising with third parties, attending client meetings, and maintaining client confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the administration of a portfolio of trust and company structures.
- Drafting/preparing less complex documents i.e. minutes/resolutions, as appropriate.
- Liaising with investment advisers, asset managers, and other professional advisers.
- Attending client meetings with client directors and managers.
- Observing CDD at all times.
- Achieving financial targets as determined by management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a role at a similar level. Exposure to working with Private Clients is highly beneficial.
- A good understanding of Trust and Company administration.
- Currently studying towards a relevant professional qualification or willingness to do so.
- Experience building a strong rapport with colleagues and clients.
- Proven experience understanding and following business processes and checklists.
