Our client, a leading financial services company, is seeking an Administrator for its Executive Compensation Services team.
This role will involve providing exceptional customer service, updating trust records, and maintaining online administration portals. As the ideal candidate, you will have strong transferable skills, experience in administration, and will be technically inclined with proficiency in Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration of a portfolio of clients
- Take on additional tasks to support team members based on client demands
- Develop knowledge of online administration portal and trust accounting systems
- Comply with jurisdictional and regulatory requirements
- Maintain client data integrity
- Communicate openly and honestly with clients and team members
- Effectively manage daily work activities
- Work alongside senior team members
- Establish good relationships with clients and team members
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Committed to achieving service excellence
- Proactive and forward-thinking
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or area of the finance industry
- Proficiency in online filing systems, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Interest in using technology to deliver client service
