Our client is seeking an Administrator to join their Corporate team.
In this role, you will take accountability and responsibility for a portfolio of clients. As the ideal candidate you will have previous experience working with Corporate Services Clients or in an administration role, with a good understanding of Trust and Company administration. Additionally, you should ideally be studying towards a relevant professional qualification or have the willingness to do so, together with strong communication, organisational, and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day administration of a portfolio of corporate clients
- Building professional relationships with clients and intermediaries
- Supporting the wider Corporate team with client-related matters
- Assisting with transactions across varied asset types
- Liaising with various parties, including internal and external board members
- Assisting with company secretarial matters
- Preparing Client Due Diligence packs
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Corporate Services Clients or administration
- Good understanding of Trust and Company administration
- Currently studying towards a relevant professional qualification or willingness to do so
- Experience building strong rapport with colleagues and clients
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
