Administrator, Corporate

Our client is seeking an Administrator to join their Corporate team.

In this role, you will take accountability and responsibility for a portfolio of clients.  As the ideal candidate you will have previous experience working with Corporate Services Clients or in an administration role, with a good understanding of Trust and Company administration. Additionally, you should ideally be studying towards a relevant professional qualification or have the willingness to do so, together with strong communication, organisational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day administration of a portfolio of corporate clients
  • Building professional relationships with clients and intermediaries
  • Supporting the wider Corporate team with client-related matters
  • Assisting with transactions across varied asset types
  • Liaising with various parties, including internal and external board members
  • Assisting with company secretarial matters
  • Preparing Client Due Diligence packs
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Corporate Services Clients or administration
  • Good understanding of Trust and Company administration
  • Currently studying towards a relevant professional qualification or willingness to do so
  • Experience building strong rapport with colleagues and clients
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
